Aristocracy is government by people of noble blood. It is a form of government that belongs to the past. It is certainly not something that means a great deal in modern America. However the concept won't go away.

A recent example in a Hollywood blockbuster is Sienna Miller's appearance as The Baroness in GI Joe - The Rise of Cobra. Some of the stills from the film show a sleek enough Baroness happily holding machine guns. This brings to mine Famke Janssen's Xenia Onatopp in GoldenEye. Before that there might be Raquel Welch's appearance in the first Casino Royale.
